Se realiza un trabajo meticulosos sobre el vi\u00f1edo para obtener uva de la m\u00e1s alta calidad. El vi\u00f1edo se encuentra dividido en trece parcelas de \u00bd hect\u00e1rea en promedio cada una. El objetivo de los trabajos en el vi\u00f1edo es la baja producci\u00f3n de uva logrando as\u00ed la calidad buscada, sin riego y con un manejo integrado de cultivo buscamos alcanzar nuestros objetivos de producci\u00f3n respetando la vida \u00fatil del suelo y su cultivo. Raleo de racimos y deshojes son realizados para asegurar una \u00f3ptima madurez.<\/p>\n

Tannat produce vinos ricos y generosos con aromas a frutas negras y especias. Originaria de la regi\u00f3n de Madiran al sudoeste de Francia La cepa Tannat fue tra\u00edda al Uruguay en la d\u00e9cada de 1870 por un inmigrante vasco-franc\u00e9s. Esta variedad crece especialmente bien en la regi\u00f3n de Canelones donde se logran vinos m\u00e1s suaves y aterciopelados que en Francia. Llamada as\u00ed por su alto contenido en taninos, el vino Tannat ha demostrado ser el m\u00e1s sano de los vinos tintos con 3 a 4 veces m\u00e1s antioxidantes de los dem\u00e1s teniendo\u00a0una concentraci\u00f3n de resveratrol promedio de 4.2%.<\/p>\n
